What these terms cover
These terms apply to enquiries for birthday parties, group celebrations, corporate events, private parties, and venue hire. They do not cover ordinary table reservations, which are not offered as an online service.
Enquiries are not confirmations
Submitting the private booking form does not confirm a reservation, hold a date, or create a binding booking. The Bar Bhangra team must review availability and confirm details with you before any booking is agreed.
Information you provide
Accurate contact details, preferred dates, guest estimates, and event information help us respond. Misleading or incomplete information may delay or prevent confirmation.
Availability and changes
Preferred dates and times may not be available. Alternative options, capacity limits, and any deposits or commercial terms will be communicated during the confirmation process when applicable.
Any price, deposit, payment deadline, cancellation condition, minimum spend, capacity limit, or other event-specific term will be clearly agreed with you before the booking is confirmed.
Privacy
Personal information submitted through the enquiry form is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
